SetsNow stores all workout data locally on your device using browser localStorage.

2. Analytics

We use analytics services to collect anonymous usage data to help improve our service. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

Vercel Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data. The name of custom workouts may be tracked for analytics purposes.

Google Analytics: With your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views, session duration, and user interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies to track this information. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time in the Settings page. Google Analytics data is processed according to Google's Privacy Policy.

ContentSquare: With your consent, we use ContentSquare to analyze user behavior and improve the user experience through session recordings and heatmaps. ContentSquare collects anonymous interaction data such as clicks, scrolls, and navigation patterns. This data helps us understand how users interact with our app and identify areas for improvement. ContentSquare data is processed according to ContentSquare's Privacy Policy.

All analytics data is anonymous and aggregated. We do not collect personally identifiable information through these services.

3. Local Storage

Your workout data, settings, and progress are stored locally on your device. This data persists until you clear your browser data or explicitly delete it through the app. The name of custom workouts or exercises may be tracked in analytics data because they are contained in URLs and it is necessary for the app to function.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies only for analytics purposes. Google Analytics and ContentSquare require cookies to function, and we only enable them with your explicit consent. You can accept or reject analytics cookies when you first visit our site, and you can change your preference at any time in the Settings page.

If you choose "Essential Only", Google Analytics and ContentSquare will not be enabled and no tracking cookies will be set. Vercel Analytics may still collect anonymous usage data.
